We are nearing capacity and are very excited to sit down with everyone to discuss the future of employment for people with disabilities in Kentucky.

If you have not registered or if you know someone who might not be on this list and would greatly add to the conversation, register @: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2017-kentuckyworks-transition-summit-community-conversation-tickets-31416572815 or send your name, contact information and your role with transition age youth (educator, advocate, agency provider, parent, etc) by e-mail to Jeff.White@ky.gov Please use the subject line “KW Summit Registration.”

The one-day event is scheduled for February 28 from 9 am-3:30 pm at the Administrative Office of the Courts, 1001 Vandalay Drive, Frankfort, KY 40601. A portion of our day will be devoted to a Statewide Community Conversation, led by national transition expert Dr. Erik Carter of Vanderbilt, for us as a state to systematically identify what is working well, what we need to improve upon, and critical next steps to improve transition outcomes

There is no registration cost for this event. We have 200 spots available on a first come basis.

We are looking forward to seeing you there.
