One Family’s Journey with their amazing son Jacob

Dave and Crystal Carty will talk about their journey with Jacob, his diagnosis and being an advocate.

They will talk about the impact of getting him involved in services at an early age.

Jacob is seven now, he was diagnosed when he was two. He is now in first grade.
