Treatment programs at The Speech Network: An integrated focus on play skills, social language and feeding skills through individual intervention and enrichment groups
Amanda Moore Chastain, MA, CCC-SLP, COM
Amanda is a licensed and certified speech language pathologist and feeding specialist. She also has specialty training in orofacial myofunctional disorders and is currently the only certified orofacial myologist in the state of Kentucky. She is Hanen certified in It Takes Two to Talk, an evidence based intervention for children with autism. A passion for developing play skills and feeding skills for the early intervention population has guided her practice and ongoing learning in these areas.
Amanda is the owner and director of The Speech Network that houses The Pediatric Feeding Clinic and The Orofacial Myology Clinic here in Lexington KY. She is also a part of the therapy team at The Child Development Center of the Bluegrass at the University of Kentucky.
