Jordan Findley MS
Jordan Findley is in her third year of doctoral training at the University of Kentucky in the School Psychology program. As a student, she has completed a school-based practicum in central Kentucky under the supervision of a nationally certified school psychologist. She has clinical experience presenting assessment results to parents and research experience analyzing the content of Individualized Education Programs for students with Autism.

Autism and Neurology –Dr. Neil Toupin
Dr. Toupin is with the Department of
Neurology at the University of Kentucky Medical Center’s Kentucky Clinic. Dr. Toupin earned his medical degree at the University of
Kentucky, College of Medicine, in Lexington. Dr. Toupin also completed a Child
Neurology residency and a Pediatrics residency at the University of Kentucky,
School of Medicine. Dr. Neil conceived and implemented an institution protocol
for evaluating and treating new diagnosed children with infantile spasms.

Medications and Autism –Dr. Kristin Dawson
Assistant Professor and the Associate Program
Director for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship. Kristin Dawson earned her medical degree at the University
of Kentucky, College of Medicine, in Lexington. Dr. Dawson completed a
psychiatry residency at the University of Utah, School of Medicine in Salt Lake
City before returning to the University of Kentucky to complete training in
child and adolescent psychiatry.
She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in
Psychiatry as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Autism and Anxiety Workshop 2018
Presented by the Autism Society of the Bluegrass
Join Eastern Kentucky University masters and doctoral students in psychology for a workshop to learn about the causes of anxiety and find strategies to address it in individuals with autism.
