6/28 Applied Behavior Analysis
Amanda Ralston, M.Ed., BCaBA, LABA will provide a brief introduction to Applied Behavior Analysis. Participants will learn about basic principles, supporting literature, frequent uses, and resources related to learning more.
Melanie Baggerman will also be presenting. Melanie has a B.S. in special education (moderate to severe disabilities). She is currently working on a masters in special education (moderate to severe disabilities) and an autism certificate. Melanie has taught in the Fayette Co. school system for the past four years as a FMD teacher. For the 2014-2015 school year she will be starting a Christian homeschool tutoring program (Leap for Learning Academy) for elementary aged students with moderate to severe disabilities. Her position is to partner with the parent in the education of their child in the role of a tutor.
