Feb 7 Rally In Frankfort for HB 30

'ENABLE THE DISABLED'

What: A rally to support Kentucky's special-needs children

Where: Capitol Rotunda in Frankfort, Ky.

When: Wednesday, February 7, 2007, at 11 a.m.

Please plan to attend this rally to support efforts by Reps. Stan Lee
(sponsor of HB 30) to create scholarships for Kentucky's special-needs children.

This would simply allow current funds to follow students ... and would NOT
require taxes to be raised.

Parents should contact legislators at 1-800-372-7181 and leave a message
for their legislator or all legislators to support the scholarship program
that would be created by HB 30.

COME, BRING THE ENTIRE FAMILY & SUPPORT KENTUCKY'S NEEDIEST KIDS!
