Vocational Rehabilitation seeks public's vision for future
FRANKFORT, Ky. (Oct. 14, 2005) - The Kentucky Office of Vocational
Rehabilitation (OVR) has scheduled two-hour "Visioning Forums" for
comments on the services it provides to people with disabilities. The
visioning forums schedule follows. (All times local)
- Louisville: 4 p.m., Nov. 7; Center for Accessible Living, 305 W. Broadway, Suite 200
- Lexington: 4 p.m., Nov. 14; Central KY Job Center, Auditorium, 1055 Industry Road
- Florence: 4 p.m., Nov. 28; OVR Office, Conference Room, 8020 Veterans Memorial Drive
- Hazard: 4 p.m., Nov. 29; Hazard Community College, 1 Community College Drive, South Highway 15, First Federal Center, Room 228
- Madisonville: 4 p.m., Dec. 5; Madisonville Community College, John Gray Bldg, Room 341, 2000 College Drive
- Bowling Green: 4 p.m., Dec. 6; OVR Office, 955 Fairview Ave., Suite 100
Kentuckians who are unable to attend a forum may send comments in any
format (written, taped, phone call, etc.) to Allison Jessee at 209 St
Clair St., Frankfort, KY 40601 or call 800-372-7172 (Voice/TTY)
by February 1, 2005. If reasonable accommodations are needed for
participation at the forum, please call Veeta Erwin at 1-800-372-7172
(Voice/TTY) at least one week prior to the forum you wish to attend.
