Needs Survey for Kentucky's "New" Autism Spectrum Disorder Waiver
Can you all give me input on the survey (below) regarding autism spectrum
disorder needs in order to provide our membership with input to the planning
committee for the waiver.
It would be good to solicit input from providers (therapists, home health
agencies, etc.) and professionals (M.D.'s, Ph.D.'s, SLP's, OT's) in the form of
letters or recommendations.
